Our 4.0 Inch LCD TFT Screen is a high-performance display solution designed for compact electronic devices that require clear, consistent visual output. With a brightness of 100cd/m² and a semi-transflective design, this LCD TFT screen achieves ultra-low power consumption while maintaining excellent visibility in both natural and low-light environments. It uses a 40PIN FPC flexible cable connection, which ensures secure electrical transmission and easy installation, even in space-constrained devices. Powered by the ST7701 driver chip, the screen operates stably with fast data transmission, supporting seamless integration with STM32 and RK series motherboards via the RGB interface. Note1: The LED driving condition is defined for each module.

Note2: When LCM is operated, the stable forward current should be inputted. And forward voltage is for reference only.

Note3: Optical performance should be evaluated at Ta=25℃ When LED is driven at high current, high ambient temperature & humidity condition. The life time of LED will be reduced. Operating life means brightness goes down to 50% initial brightness. Typical operating life time is estimated data.
